Our Semi-Private training sessions are offered as supplemental workout sessions to clients who are currently enrolled in a Private 1:1 training program and would like to get an additional day of training.  All offering sessions have been designed based on the Optimum Performance Training Model, a training system that is practiced throughout all providing services.

Increase your core stability and decrease muscle imbalances to help eliminate chances of injuries. Strengthening your core will result in great posture while making you feel stronger.

HIIT & POWER

High-Intensity Interval Training

 

This class will improve your anaerobic capability, oxygen consumption, and level of athleticism, all while burning fat!

 

Session duration: 45 Minute

Capacity: Maximum 4 trainees

Time to work on your strength and endurance

 

Maximize calorie burning by gaining muscle mass. Reduce anxiety, boost your mood and energy level as part of the long-lasting effects of this class.
